He has been appointed expert advisor and expert witness many times in medication, arbitration and litigation and has also been appointed as arbitrator, mediator and dispute resolution advisor several times.

Appointed as expert advisor and expert witness many times in mediation, arbitration and litigation in respect of assessment of additional cost/loss and expense/damages claims, measurement issues, adjustment of rates, valuation of variations and causes and effects of delays and disruption to construction and engineering works. Has acted both as party appointed expert and “single joint expert” (or “tribunal expert”). Practising Member of the Academy of Experts and accredited by the Academy as an Expert. Also appointed as arbitrator, mediator and dispute resolution advisor several times. |
